Steady work and good facility for office environment. Lots of training's provided to enhance skills. Transport facilities for afternoon and early morning shift. Good PF and gratuity offerings.
Cons
No quality work, at times it feels like you are working in Indian company. Too much dependency on US and other stakeholders. Slow in decision making and too many tools to manage internal operations.
