This company is to enjoy your life.. have fun at office by participating in multiple events. Great work life balance. Awesome work culture and facilities. Work place is too good and fun filled. Crowd is also good and people are nice to you.
Cons
No career growth. No learnings. HR is confused all the time. Higher management keeps making hierarchy n structure change's. Job insecurity. Women centric company with too much of women priviledges making it a women biased company (gender inequality).
