Opportunity to grow, strong brands and portfolio, great people to work with.
Cons
Huge company that is moving slowly: decision making, innovation, action. Too many restructures makes people uncomfortable to speak. Carrer path is not clear for many levels and departments. There is a gap between what is said and what is done in some values.
