      People oriented and very good work life balance. Good performance globally. Great place to work and to build leadership skills.

      Cons

      Slow decision making. Not well known in India, but growing in presence. May take a few years before it reaches an optimal size

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
