      Pay is ok benefits are ok flexibility is awesome in terms of telecommuting and having work and family life balance off the charts in this area.

      You may get stagnant in current role if not offered a opportunity to excel beyond current role.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
