      Cons

      Slow pace of progression in Marketing function. Expect 4-5 years as an Associate, 8+ as a manager before you reach director.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
