      Good benefits, good brands, lots of resources

      Cons

      Highly political, poor leadership (cannot make decisions), arrogant & self promoters go far. Overly complex and slow organizational structure makes decision making very difficult.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
