      Pros

      Pay and benefits are really good and it’s trying to tell me to type 20 words in order to complete but not very many pros to put here

      Cons

      Company doesn’t take personal well being serious and will work you 365 days if they have to. Upper management doesn’t care about non salary employees and quality of life outside of work

      Layoffs are often and if you don’t move quickly you get caught up in them

      Great people, okay schedule, some perks and benefits were okay.

      Manufacturing, so always wanting more with less. Hard to please as they are constantly changing everything.
