      Very smart people usually focused on what's best for General Mills; flexible work location and hours; engaging, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Career advancement (promotion) is extremely slow, especially after the lowest levels; not enough diversity, though the company does voice and in some cases demonstrate a commitment to it.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
