Pros
Good salary and good work life balance. Great staff that works really hard and really supports each other.
Cons
Too many managers and priorities. Top heavy with incompetent under skilled management. Lots of "it's being looked into" responses which translates to nothing will be done about it. The company is clearly no longer bottom driven. Was a great place to work when I started but has gone down hill drastically.
