Management is conservative and overly hierarchical - this is not a place for someone interested in developing leading edge innovation Overly bureaucratic - there's way too many meetings before the meeting, and hand holding that goes on to make decisions and get things done Promotions are based more on politics and people liking you than actual marketing capability
