      Great company if you:- want to learn latest technologies want to learn different technologies You can have a good work life balance if you make it a priority Great benefits (but decreasing), good teamwork, great training opportunities

      Cons

      1. Limited growth opportunities 2. Learning is minimal 3. Very few in senior management know what they are doing. Lack of technical acumen. 4. BPO culture 5. Not a good option for kick starting your career

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
