      Pros

      GM is a really great business to work for, the people are friendly, open and accommodating. There is a great family feel, and leadership are open and easy to speak to.

      Cons

      The cons are that there can be difficulties in progression as many people have been in their roles for significant periods of time.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
