      Been here for more than 6 years now. Great salary, work-flex, good and balanced work load. Could be easily your last company you change job to.

      Cons

      Slowly getting more Indianized. Micro management, Low-Level time tracking, Favoritism, etc. is all coming slowly and steadily.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
