      The company has provided a great opportunity to grow HR expertise in change management, talent development and org strategy.

      Cons

      Senior leaders need to drive change but there is no real action underway that gives confidence we will win. Few advancement opportunities will be available near term due to recent cuts, which is not motivating.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
