Pros

Great experience- lots of responsibility People are generally nice (can be passive aggressive, typical minnesota nice) Work life balance is possible given you are willing to sacrifice some career progression

Cons

Pay isn't really that great HR policies and career progression is unclear- lack of transparency within the process as to how promotions are decided Feels very much like promotions are time based versus results based Very political- perception tends to trump results Location is in Minneapolis, not the best city Global positions or cross-functional moves are few and far between and tend to be for the few favorites (unclear as to how to become a favorite given its not really results oriented) Work life balance isn't really possible if you want to progress quickly
