      Pros

      It's a big small company, at least in Argentina where I worked. You habe the background of a multinational but you can develop projects locally as well

      Cons

      It takes too much time to launch new products. Should take more risks and launch small and scale quickly with consumer input

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
