Pros
The pay is very good for the area. That is about the only positive thing.
Cons
You work every day 7 days a week. You get drafted almost everyday to work over. Management does what they want, if they want you to work a different shift you do. If they think they need more people, regardless of being fully staffed they will draft the entire previous shift. You are union, however they are afraid of being punished by managers so they do nothing for you. If you report anything to hr you better start looking for another job because they will get rid of you. They do not follow Fmla regulations. They find the loopholes in the act and fire anyone who uses it. If you would become pregnant while working here you will be fired and if the manager just doesn't like you, you will be fired. The only thing the managers care about are bonuses and how fast they can get product out, therefore they have multiple major safety incidents a month. They do not care about their employees at all. I would not suggest anyone work here.
