Pros
Nice people who seem to truly care about each other. I find people who are engaged in their work
Cons
Not the culture it once was. Questioning whether sub-par pay is worth the "lifestyle" as it is not nearly as attractive as described prior to being hired. Different groups have different hours/expectations/responsibilities for same pay
