      Best for the Work Life Balance. Good Opportunities within the team with Internal Job postings. Scope for learnings and ideas. Lots of recreational activities and active HR. Good discounts on the food products the company manufactures.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
