Pros
It pays the bills and it's nice getting vehicle discounts. There are some very talented people that make the company run. The hourly have come a long way in their work ethics. There is truly a sense of change for the better in union/mgt. relations.
Cons
Too many middle and upper managers that make 2-10 times the floor managers. Most don't have a clue how floor operations work and these are the people who take all the credit. Very few leaders that can influence change for the better. Most Upper Mgt. is worried about their own bonuses, thus, they are afraid to take chances to "think out of the box". This is everyday status quo and why we are so slow to react compared to other companies.
