Great staff and pretty good work environment depending on the manager

Cons

Middle/Upper management is extremely unrealistic in achieving KPI's. The expectations around conversion rate and sales volume are so out of touch considering current economic factors along with the fact that most of the stock is overpriced low quality garbage
