Take this job with extreme caution. - Christmas Casual General Pants Group Employee Review

this is the worst job i have ever taken. The management treats the customers like cash cows and the employees worse. The training is expected to take place before the shift and is minimal to non. Im fully convinced they only hired me because of how i look and when they realised i wasnt going to annoying customers to the level they wanted they let me go; thank god. They have a backwards view of customer service that is basically to intimidate, manipulate and make customers as uncomfortable as possible until they buy a couple things. Not to mention i was borderline bullied in my short time there. Ive done a series of retail jobs and this takes the cake as the absolute worse.
