Your team (as in most retail roles) really make the the job worth it. And by team i mean like, your whole area. Great vibe and supportive environment, they look after you and the discount is more than worth it.

Cons

You really have to make the role your own. Some people might struggle with this but if you do a good job, it is recognised.
