Pros

It had a great team environment which made the work fun. Lots of young (and young blooded) passionate and creative people. Quite a flat structure - approachable management. Exciting product. Quite flexible RE/ study & families etc

Cons

It could be difficult to advance due to the size of the teams - unless your manager was promoted or resigned there was little room to move. Salaries were lower than standard market rates.
