Massive amount of pressure and high stress to managers, from managers, to make staff perform. Huge culture of negative gossip from staff which always caused tension for those that weren't in on the circles. Long hours and poor training. Poor quality of work procedures resulted in many customer complaints. Ability to reach KPIs are extremely unreasonable to many casuals that were stuck working quieter shifts, which meant that they had their shifts cut even further. Casuals are generally lazy and very immature, but think of themselves quite highly, for a general fashion retailer.
