Disorganized, organization lacking plan for the future - Anonymous employee Generations Federal Credit Union Employee Review

For many individuals in the corporate office, job duties were not assigned. They had to wait months before departments began giving work. Hiring employees just to hire without actually having work for them is useless and a waste of money. All the benefits are great but if there is no work to be done why have so many employees. Also, there are way to much managers and VPs within the organization.
