The pay is good. A lot of team building exercises that don't work in the log run.

Cons

You must fit in with the click. Too many inexperienced staff members that are threatened by experience. Many of the department staff have only had one or two jobs in the industry so they find ways to befriend long time staff to help cover their mistakes. There is also an "affair" factor due to the high amount of young employees.

Incredible work/life balance. Great group of leaders who truly care about their people internal and external. The credit union always seeks to do the right thing.

Consistency in many areas is a much needed improvement to grow as an organization.
