Pros

-Current DON is fantastic. Supportive and always open to questions. He is a great teacher. -Can learn many skills in this SNF -Nurses work as a team

Cons

-Wage is not competitive -No longer flexible schedule, have to do 4 days then 2 days off, the company doesn't want to pay OT -They don't really give out anything for the special holidays, the company doesn't make you feel appreciated.

Pros

All disciplines work well and learn from one another, breaks and lunches are taken at your choice and the most consistently clean facility I've worked in or interviewed at!

Cons

It gets hot in the facility sometimes.
