What an absolute mess - Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Generations Healthcare Employee Review

Pros

Literally not a one thing makes this place worth it, it think it’s worth noting I left on good terms and you couldn’t pay me enough money to go back there. I left making $20/hour to making $17.76 per hour at a place that had it together and accept the pay cut for the sake of not losing my certification because the managers specifically at Stanford Court in Santee california (San Diego) can’t get it together.

Cons

Awful management, unsafe practices, poor treatment of CNAs, favoritism of specific nurses, awful gossip, drama all the time

Pros

All disciplines work well and learn from one another, breaks and lunches are taken at your choice and the most consistently clean facility I've worked in or interviewed at!

Cons

It gets hot in the facility sometimes.
