Benefits, vacation, and sick time. High focus on safety.

Cons

Lack of structured training. Conflicting information given to work related questions. Conflict resolution handled inappropriately. Some people treat other department employees like "Us" against "Them". The company is not what its portrayed to be during the interview. They focus a lot on safety, which is great, but that same attention should be given to retention of employees. This company has a VERY HIGH attrition rate in all departments.
