Very personal, crews that I work with respect each other. Everyone is great at their job and is always willing to step up and help when needed. They all go above and beyond, every day. When you attend an event, company dinner, etc, the HR staff know and call you by name. You don't have to tell them who you are, they recognize right away. Makes you feel like an actual person and not a number. Great benefits and very little cost out of check.
