Overly aggressive workplace - Switchman Genesee & Wyoming Employee Review

Pay is abysmal unless you work 70+ hours per week, does not value their employees well, don't count on HR for any real help. Safety is just a word in a book with coworkers unless someone screws something up. You are pressured to break rules "as long as no one sees it" to get work done. Coworkers that have been there for years are incredibly complacent. Coworkers are only concerned with "getting things done" rather than being safe.
