This is a great place to work. There is a high level of quality of care and professionalism. You work hard but have a sense of accomplishment. There is a lot of growth oppertunity for nurses to move up in management with support. Nurses lead and direct thier team with a core team approach. The management are friendly and easy to approach and really try to address the problems. They work very hard to get you a day off if you request it. There is very little drama.
