Pros
If you get a good facility & team - you're co-workers will turn into family. There are a surplus of Employee Benefits that include monthly appreciation in form of food, gift cards/movie tickets, goods, and company branded gifts.
Cons
Unless you negotiate your pay/salary you will be stuck with the lowest possible. Staffing can be a nightmare given to the first reason list; turn over rates are high. This can lead to major burnouts to licensed staff pulling doubles to get bare minimum coverage. Communication between management/staff on a professional level leaves a lot to be desired.
