Extremely disorganized office management, unapproachable managers/DORs, and little to no respect for need for time off. Employees are expected (even in outpatient only buildings) to make up sick time on weekends and work ALL holidays. Also, time off is submitted 6 months in advance, and if you desire to use your time off on shorter notice (i.e. even 2 months before), you are typically denied.
