      Pros

      Very awesome management. Flexible and able to provide a work/life balance. I could bring my dog to work with me and the residents loved it! This is an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      The only con would be the pay is not necessarily the best but they do offer good benefits and flexibility which outweighs the pay.
