      One of the pros about Genesis is Teamwork and pay the majority of the staff works together and the benefits are also a plus

      Cons

      Sonetimes its hard to get someone to cover call out shifts and the overtime is constant bedause you have no choice but yo stay sometiimes 2 days inva row
