-High turnover rate -Ridiculously high patient to staff ratios -Always working short staffed -Management puts high and unrealistic expectations on nursing staff, while they do nothing when we get physically abused by residents or the resident abuses other residents. Other nursing homes would kick that resident out! But all management cares about is $$$$. - The turnover in the dining services is so high, that CNAs have to assist in the kitchen to make sure the residents get their tray. -Always running out of supplies and unable to provide good care to residents.
