Pros
Friendly work environments with small teams of dedicated therapists.
Cons
Poor corporate management. COADs seem to be largely held unaccountable. Management is supportive, but typically unwilling to increase compensation based on merit. GRS has been on a pay freeze for almost as long as I've worked there.
