Pros
Free CNA training program was offered and on the job clinical training. Management seemed to treat people with care and concern. Very eye opening life experience as to the goings on of an extended care/nursing home facility.
Cons
The location I worked at was not that great but had just recently been acquired by genesis, there were signs everywhere that it was getting way better but there was so much to improve I didn't want to stick around. Pay is Low for a very hazardous sickly environment understaffed by toxic coworkers that didn't care about safety or the residents.
