Consistently under staffed especially at night almost to unsafe conditions at times, upper management is priority for money first before staff or patient care and safety, unit managers are incompetent to handle the upper management to protect their staff and patients, nursing and CNAs are over worked consistently never to be compensated with bonuses, even promised yearly bonuses are rarely seen.
