      Pros

      Love most of the people I work with. The facility itself isn't too bad but need improvement.

      Cons

      Shortage of staff is a big problem here and the company doesn't seem to be able to find anyone. Employees don't stay due to the pay and benefits. Management doesn't seem to care much about the first-line staffs.
