Constantly short staffed. management should pay better attention to staff and resident concerns. A lot of penny pinching going on and it’s NOT for the comfort of the residents who PAY to be there. (Who knows where it’s really going because it’s not going into bettering the facilty, raises, 401k matches etc.) Ive had a few family members complain to me about upper management and how they are unprofessional, unreliable or ignore requests.
