-Raise freezes for over 4 years and counting -Low pay -Terrible and expensive benefits -No 401k matching -Lots of layoffs and facility closures recently -Tons of resignations -You get a decent amount of PTO but it is so hard to get approved to use any of it, so all this time just sits in your accrual bank -Only 2 holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas, and you have to get approval to take them off, even though they are paid holidays -Trickle down management
