Cons
Wage freeze for the last 4 years, no 401K match for the last 7 years. Medical plans are expensive - high premiums and high deductibles. Several managers are most concerned with the bottom line only. New hires are compensated much higher than employees that have been with the company for several years - loyalty is not rewarded and there is no good compensation structure in place.
