ZERO job training, zero communication with direct reports - despite sitting mere feet away (would send passive-aggressive emails rather than verbally talking or instructing, there would be no sign of anything going wrong until a formal meeting/write-up for your employee file.) High company and department turnover due to very poor wages, failing senior management, and low moral. Company has been failing for the last 8 years and every single company-wide meeting that is held is the CEO and senior management talking about how things are NOT going to get better, that there will be NO pay raises (4th year in a row), and everybody will have to do more with less.
