Low wages, wage freezes for years at a time, expensive health insurance, not a generous PTO plan. Not that it matters because it's almost impossible to schedule time off anyway. Cut holidays down to 4 per year for center employees a couple of years ago in the middle of the year with no advance notice, but corporate holidays were not cut. Most centers in my area are owned by Genesis, so there are not a lot of options if you want to work for a competitor
