Pros
Friendly, bus line is convenient, great neighborhood, parking is great. Overtime is available. Holiday pay is time in a half. Health insurance is good and affordable. The employees try to make it a happy place for the residents and family.
Cons
I have notice how the Nurses speak with other staff that is not friendly. The Nursing Staff who makes your schedule has a nasty attitude. The D.O.N does not care or speak up for the nursing dept. The pay is under 14.00 an hour. I've seen 6 RN'S resign,3 LPN'S, and 10 GNA's resign under the same D.O.N. in 2yrs.
