      Great pay, if you do not select benefits or paid vacation time. Always hours to pick up.

      Cons

      Nurse to patient ratio is unsafe, amount of work required offers no time for personal interaction with residents, there are always hours to pick up because of chronic short staffing and that also leads to being frozen in.
